We write the questions
We base them on your site and your industry, worded the way a customer would ask. You can edit any of them and add your own.

We ask on a schedule
We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, Perplexity and Grok, weekly on the trial and daily on paid plans. We save the full answer every time.

We look for your name the same way every time
We search the answer for your name as plain text, without asking an AI to judge it. That keeps this month's numbers comparable with last month's.

We ask each AI through its official API, which can give slightly different answers from the ChatGPT app. We label which one you're looking at.
If a question fails to get an answer, we record nothing for it. A failed check never counts as you not being named.
