PR and brand teams
AI describes your brand to people all day long. You've probably never read what it says.
Read the exact sentences AI wrote about you, saved word for word with the date, plus an estimate of the tone in place of a single score.
What comes back
- Every sentence that named you, quoted in full, with which AI said it and when
- Whether the AI recommended you or just listed you, where we could tell
- The other businesses named in the same answer, quoted from it
- An estimate of the tone, labelled as an estimate and shown next to the quote
How it works
- 01
We save the full answer
You need to read the exact sentence. A summary would throw away the one thing worth keeping.
- 02
We look for your name the same way every time
We search for your name, and any other names you add, as plain text, without asking an AI to judge it. That keeps this month's counts comparable with last month's.
- 03
We estimate the tone, and label it as an estimate
Tone is a judgment call, so we show it as an estimate and always with the quote underneath.
- 04
We email you a summary on a schedule
It goes to the address you choose, as often as you choose, and covers what changed since the last one.
What this can’t do
- There's no single brand score. An average across many answers would hide the one answer you most need to read.
- Tone is always an estimate, and we never show it as a number on its own.
- There are no instant alerts. If a mention disappears, you'll see it in your next scheduled email.
- Tracing a wrong fact back to its source is still being built. Today you get the quote and the pages AI used, and you do the tracing.
- No one, including us, can make an AI change what it says about you.
