Pharmacies and clinics
AI tells someone your pharmacy is open until nine. You stopped closing at nine two years ago.
See what AI tells patients about your hours, services and location, saved word for word, with the pages it relied on listed beside it.
What comes back
- What AI says about your services in your city, saved word for word with the date
- The listing sites and directories AI pointed to, which is usually where wrong hours come from
- Which AI named you, which named a chain, and which named no one
How it works
- 01
We ask what a patient would ask
Plain local questions: what you offer, whether you're open, and whether you're nearby.
- 02
We save the exact sentence
You need to be able to read the exact line that gave a patient wrong information, so we save the full answer.
- 03
We list the pages the answer used
An out-of-date directory listing is the most common cause of a wrong detail, and you can usually fix it in an afternoon.
What this can’t do
- Automatic fact-checking isn't running yet. Today you get the saved answers and the pages they used, and you compare them yourself. Checking them against your own site is being built.
- This isn't a regulatory review. Ledger doesn't check its suggested edits against health advertising rules, and no one has approved them.
- We can't make AI correct itself. We can show you the out-of-date listing behind a wrong fact and tell you who to contact.
- This tracks what AI says about your business. It has nothing to do with marketing prescription drugs.
